Coffee meal replacement smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup brewed Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee, cooled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tspn vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¾ cup frozen cauliflower
  • ¼ cup almond milk, plus more as needed
  • ½ tbsp cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Slice banana and freeze it at least one hour before you plan to make your smoothie.
  2. Brew your Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee and let cool to room temperature before blending.
  3. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
  • If using milk, we recommend using grass-fed.
  • Instead of cacao powder, carob powder can be used.
  • Feel free to experiment with the strength of the brew for your coffee.
