- ¾ cup brewed Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee, cooled
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tspn vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- ¾ cup frozen cauliflower
- ¼ cup almond milk, plus more as needed
- ½ tbsp cacao powder
- Slice banana and freeze it at least one hour before you plan to make your smoothie.
- Brew your Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee and let cool to room temperature before blending.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
- If using milk, we recommend using grass-fed.
- Instead of cacao powder, carob powder can be used.
- Feel free to experiment with the strength of the brew for your coffee.
