Coffee Pumpkin Smoothie


  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • ½ cup brewed Fit Grinds coffee of your choice, cooled
  • 1 frozen banana (pre-sliced)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • Pinch allspice


  1. Slice banana and freeze it at least one hour before you plan to make your smoothie.
  2. Brew your favorite Fit Grinds coffee and let cool to room temperature before blending.
  3. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.


  • Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
  • If using milk, we recommend grass-fed.
  • Feel free to experiment with the strength of the brew for your coffee.
