- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup milk or dairy-free alternative
- ½ cup brewed Fit Grinds coffee of your choice, cooled
- 1 frozen banana (pre-sliced)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch ground cloves
- Pinch allspice
- Slice banana and freeze it at least one hour before you plan to make your smoothie.
- Brew your favorite Fit Grinds coffee and let cool to room temperature before blending.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
- If using milk, we recommend grass-fed.
- Feel free to experiment with the strength of the brew for your coffee.
