High Protein Cappuccino


  • 1 cup brewed Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee at double strength
  • ½ cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • Dash cinnamon


  1. Brew your Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee using double the amount of ground coffee you would
    normally use per cup of water.
  2. Pour coffee into a mug large enough to hold the coffee plus the milk/non-dairy alternative used
    in the next step.
  3. Add milk/non-dairy alternative to a frother and froth until foamy.
  4. Pour foam into the coffee mug.
  5. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.


  • If using milk, we recommend grass-fed.
