- 1 cup brewed Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp – 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 tsp grass-fed butter
- Brew Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 10 – 20 seconds, until smooth.
- Feel free to experiment with the strength of the brew for your coffee.
