Keto coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp – 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tsp grass-fed butter

Instructions

  1. Brew Fit Grinds Multi Collagen coffee.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 10 – 20 seconds, until smooth.

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with the strength of the brew for your coffee.
