Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, though delivery may occur on those days depending on the carrier utilized and their policy.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the ship to location entered at checkout. Fit Grinds offers free shipping on all orders over $40 in value or with any recurring subscription. For customers residing in the continental U.S., you should generally receive your delivery within 3 business days. For those outside the continental U.S., please add 1-2 additional days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Fit Grinds ships to addresses within the 50 U.S. States, U.S. Territories, and U.S. APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment confirmation and order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Fit Grinds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, should you encounter issues getting the problem resolved with the carrier, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team to help resolve your issue.
